We have had varying works completed over the last three years including bespoke joinery using slightly unorthodox materials, refurbishment of hallway stairs and under-stair storage construction and design, bathroom refurbishment and decorating across all ‘projects'. "Our flat hadn’t been redecorated for 20 years and it need a complete refresh – new bathroom, decorating throughout, fitted shelving units installed – and as part of the work the flat needed to be slightly reconfigured and some walls and doors were moved. Access to our third floor flat was somewhat limited but the guys did an excellent job of minimizing disruption to other flat owners and keeping the work very tidy - particularly impressive was their tidying up at the end of every day.
The team kept us fully up to date with what they were doing and provided value-added suggestions to modify the work where it was required (and also indicated where they didn’t need to do things to save cost). They liaised with the Westminster Building Reg department to get all required sign offs in a timely manner.
